Setup Process

01. Organization
In this section, you'll provide basic information about your non-profit:
- Organization name
- Organization type
- Organization nickname
- Address
- City
- Zip code
- State
- Country
- Phone number
- Email address
- Website
- Acitivity
- Logo
This information will be used throughout the system for reporting and communication purposes.
02. Super admin
Here, you'll set up the primary administrator account:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Position
- Prefered Language
- Photo
Keep in mind that those information will be prefilled for you if you have previously registered as a user! Feel free to update them.
You should know!
The Super Admin has full access to all system features and can create other user accounts. Please make sure that the information you enter here are accurate.
03. General settings
Configure system-wide settings
- Payment methods
- Transportation systems
- Accommodation systems
- System default language
- Currency
These settings can be adjusted later if needed.
04. Users
Begin adding key members of your organization, you are required to enter only the email address and Role, the system will send an invite letter to the user and ask them to enter all other information. Once registered, you will be able to see them on the members sections of your dashboard.
05. Projects
You are only required to enter a name and a reference on this section, details can be add later.
